Troubleshooting


The assistant says it cannot find my devices

Make sure your credentials have admin access to the relevant account. User-level access is not sufficient for device discovery. Try asking the assistant to list your organisations first to confirm the connection is working.

Historical data requests are refused

This usually means the requested time range and resolution would exceed the 500 samples-per-device cap. Ask for a shorter time range or specify a coarser resolution (e.g. daily instead of hourly).

Sensor data is missing for some devices

Not all sensors are available on all device models. For example, Space Plus measures radon but Space CO₂ Mini does not. If a sensor value is absent, the device likely does not support it.
